Spring-Menu-2017-2-new
First up on our spring menu is our delicious Spring-Menu-2017-2-new dish! Just take a look at this beautiful plate:

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 8 oz. fettuccine pasta
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the asparagus and cook until tender yet still crisp, about 3 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the asparagus to a bowl of ice water to cool. Drain and set aside.
- Add the pasta to the same pot of boiling water and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the lemon juice and zest and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the asparagus to the skillet and toss to coat in the lemon butter sauce. Add the pasta and Parmesan cheese and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Spring Menu
Next up, we have our refreshing Spring Menu dish. This light and flavorful meal is perfect for a sunny spring day:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the arugula, raspberries, feta cheese, and almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and olive oil to make the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

Spring Menu 2019 attempt 2
Last but not least, we have our second attempt at the Spring Menu 2019, featuring some of our favorite spring ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cups sparkling water
Instructions:
- In a large pitcher, combine the strawberries, mint, lime juice, and honey.
- Muddle the ingredients together until the strawberries are well crushed.
- Slowly pour the sparkling water into the pitcher and stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Pour the strawberry mint agua fresca over ice and garnish with extra mint leaves, if desired.
- Sip on your refreshing spring beverage and enjoy!
