Easy Crockpot Freezer Meals

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook beef, onion, and green pepper in a skillet until meat is no longer pink.
  2. Transfer beef mixture to crockpot and stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender.

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
